Business cards

Often before launching a business we order business cards to allow us to introduce ourselves and be remembered. In the same way that we try and make a good first impression by dressing well or shaking someone’s hand firmly and confidently, business cards have just the same effect. A good design, well printed and on good paper ensures that business relationships get off to a better start.

Invoices and bills

These are transaction documents of great importance and, since they can’t be thrown away, we can take advantage of them to introduce specific messages, promotions or cross selling. Actually, the declining use of old-style document pads and the fact fewer duplicates are now required, means we can produce good full-colour documents on an offset printer and, after entering the data, make a copy on a good laser printer.

Letters

It is another of the elements that we use in our daily business dealings, although given the huge amount of email nowadays it would appear to be used less than before. But there’s no denying that to receive a letter on good quality stationery will always make the right impression.

Envelopes

A consumable product containing correspondence which, once the documents are removed, is usually ripped up and consigned to the bin. Alternatively, alert recipients identify it as unwanted junk mail and chuck it straight into the wastepaper basket.
Either way an envelope is only in a person’s hands for between 1 and 3 seconds and this is when we have to grab their attention. Digital printing systems with customised information and a creative look can ensure that a message which has cost a considerable amount of money to produce doesn’t end up being thrown away unread.
